A little bit about Nicky:

Nicky is an award winning, international speaker and best-selling author, born in Bath and now living in South Glos.

At 40, Nicky suffered and recovered from a disabling stroke – inspiring a life’s mission to make a bigger difference. Nicky has survived abusive relationships, understands business failure and is neurodivergent, all of which enable her to be an empathetic speaker who understands life isn’t always straightforward. 

In her latest book, No One Is Coming To Save You, Nicky combines her love of the science and the spiritual to create a guide for those that are overwhelmed and under stress that crave a way to live that feels easy and joyful.

She is also a mentor, workplace facilitator and keynote speaker, inspiring people to discover their own brand of Bounce. She has helped thousands through her books and keynotes, wellbeing and leadership development in the workplace. Nicky is also Editor In Chief at Discover Your Bounce Publishing, helping budding authors to write and publish their books.
