About Us
Rengen House is an independently owned Bath-based business. We are passionate about providing a space where the diverse Bath business community can come together. First launched in October 2021, just emerging out of the Covid era, it was clear that home-based workers had become jaded with working from home and were looking for a solution, a separation from home life, whilst still offering the flexibility they needed in this new world. Over the years, the work environment has continued to evolve, but what has remained consistent is a clear desire for workers to be around others and to achieving a more fulfilling work-life balance.
Rengen House wouldn’t be what it is without our friendly front of house team who are on hand to ensure you have everything you need, whether that’s booking meeting rooms, helping make a cup of coffee just how you like it, or introducing you to other like-minded members.

Jo Lloyd
Jo’s background is in food and drink marketing, having worked for a number of food businesses across the region, including cheese, confectionery and cider. After having children, Jo was looking for a new challenge, and found in Rengen House the opportunity to build a business from scratch, utilising her marketing background, but in a completely new environment. All with the added benefit of being located in her home city of Bath. Outside of work, Jo enjoys long walks with her cockapoo Saffy and cheering on Bath Rugby with her husband and two children.

Daisy Barton
With 18 years of experience in hospitality, Daisy has worked across some of the finest restaurants in the area, including as restaurant manager for Michelin-starred Osip. Originally from Bath, her passion for the industry runs deep—her family owns a much-loved local pub just outside the city. Now, Daisy has transitioned into an operational role at Rengen House, where her focus is on creating a welcoming environment that enhances both work and social experiences. When not at work, she enjoys long lunches, fine wines, and beach walks with her partner and son.
Rengen House is an excellent venue for meetings and co-working in Bath
Becky
I've been working at Rengen for the last couple of years and it's been perfect - a cosy, friendly office, lots of social events, cute dogs and unlimited coffee!
Sarah
I totally recommend Rengen House if you are looking for the perfect place to hold a private party/gathering
Sarah Brown
The combination of a great main room with adjacent outside space and quiet desks if needed, makes it the perfect place to get away from the confines of the office, helping you to open up your thinking and connect with colleagues or clients.
